Shawn was raised in Northern California. She has been an educator for more than 25 years. Shawn attended Cal Poly, San Luis, CA and received Bachelor of Science in Human Development and she attended National University, Los Angeles, CA where she received Master of Science in School Administration. She received her teaching credential through the Los Angeles District Intern Program. She has been a teacher, school coordinator, assistant principal and a school principal in both California and Arizona. Currently, Shawn is a Special Education Provider for Integrated Education Services.
